As our trip was winding down we wanted to make sure to hit every area for dinner, so, we were off to downtown Fira! We walked around and explored all of the shops, bought some souvenirs, took in the sights and had an amazing dinner with a stunning view of a volcano and the setting sun right in front of us. One thing we loved about Santorini was that almost every restaurant had outdoor seating and the most amazing views! A little tip: if you are planning on going to Santorini, make sure to go in June. That is when we went and we were told it is the best time because July and August are super crowded, they are their busy months. Downtown Fira had a lot more family homes and neighborhoods tucked away and it was neat to see that side of Santorini! Because there is a winter in Santorini most of the people live there only half the year in the spring/summer then they live the other half of the year in Athens. I also learned that once a year everyone repaints their homes and businesses white because in the winter everything turns green from the wind and weather!
This dress was such a perfect look for a casual night of walking around and dinner, it is super flattering and the embroidered flowers are a beautiful detail! The cold shoulder with the flouncing sleeve was so fun and I loved the tulip skirt, it is fully lined so there is no need to worry about it being see through. It fits true to size as well! This dress would be perfect for many different occasions and I am excited to wear it again! My Tory Burch flip flops were the perfect shoe to go with this dress. Becuase we did a lot of walking I wanted to wear something comfortable but still cute! Links to purchase this whole look are below as well as more photos from that night!
