What flavors do you suggest?
-I love the non-flavored because you can put it in anything! I usually put it in my coffee in the morning or a protein smoothie after a workout!! The lavender beauty water is so delicious and recently I have been putting it in my sleepy time tea or in a glass of water before bed! Lastly, I also love the vanilla coconut water flavor as well!
In which form should I purchase?
-The to-go packets are amazing if you are always out and about and want to drink it on the go. But if you are drinking it in the morning and evening at home the container will work just fine! I have both and use them both all the time!
What changes have you seen since you have been taking it?
My hair is growing longer and stronger than ever before, I always get comments on how great it looks! Got it cut on Saturday and even after trimming the dead ends my hair is still super long which I am so excited about! My nails have gotten stronger, they grow out quickly and are so strong! I used to get gel nails but I have not had to do that for a while! Lastly, I see an overall positive change to my skin as well, it is clearer and brighter.

-Handful of spinach
-1 cup of frozen berries
