I always love going to the Christmas tree farm to pick out the perfect one for our house! This year came with the challenge of missing Beni so much, he always used to do things like this with us, but I know he was there with us in spirit. When I was growing up my dad and I would look for the largest tree we could find because our living room had high ceilings but these days I have to look for something a bit smaller to fit in my townhome! I kept choosing trees that were very tall and Steve had to remind me that they would not fit haha oops! This is a tradition that will continue for many years and I cannot wait to include our kids when that time comes! We have always been real tree people, I love the smell and that will never change! Yes, it is a little bit messier but nothing I cant handle!
