Super Casual Look
There is always room for comfortable and cozy pieces in my wardrobe. They are the ones I come home to and put on after a long work day or my typical Sunday uniform – when it is cute that is always a plus! This particular pullover is so soft and I love the addition of the hood and it comes in 5 other colors.
This look is also perfect for a rainy day, it is breathable but still cozy. On days that it is dreary outside I really like to dress the part but still look cute, today is exactly that so you know what I am wearing! I am sharing another way I will be wearing this top this summer below!
Picture this: you are on vacation and go to the beach all day and after you decide to call it quits you go home and jump in the shower. A little sunburned and tired you decided to grab a quick bite to eat then take a cocktail to the beach while watching the sunset. It gets chilly so you throw on this hoodie with jean shorts to hang out outside and relax for the rest of the night.
That is how I am going to be wearing this sweatshirt all summer long and it is perfect for the Fall as well! Under $10 Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry Recipe
This recipe has been on repeat lately because it is so easy, delicious, cheap and healthy! The first time I made it for my husband he said he would rather have this over rice any day, which I think says a lot! I forgot to add an egg to the ingredients photo (oops!) but the full recipe is below along with directions and a PDF you can save on your phone or computer desktop for the next time you go to the store!
Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry
Prep time: 20 min
Serving Size: 4-5 people
1/2 BAG CAULIFLOWER RICE
1 GREEN PEPPER
1 CUP MUSHROOMS
1 RED ONION
1/2 TSPN EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL SEASONING
1/2 CUP AVACADO OIL
DICE PEPPER, MUSHROOMS, AND ONION AND SAUTEE IN A WOK O MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES WITH AVACADO OIL. ADD IN CAULIFLOWER RICE AND SEASONING. CRACK EGG IN AND STIR AROUND. LET SIMMER FOR 10-15 MINUTES.
