Under $10 Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry Recipe
This recipe has been on repeat lately because it is so easy, delicious, cheap and healthy! The first time I made it for my husband he said he would rather have this over rice any day, which I think says a lot! I forgot to add an egg to the ingredients photo (oops!) but the full recipe is below along with directions and a PDF you can save on your phone or computer desktop for the next time you go to the store!
Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry
Prep time: 20 min
Serving Size: 4-5 people
Ingredients:
1/2 BAG CAULIFLOWER RICE
1 GREEN PEPPER
1 CUP MUSHROOMS
1 RED ONION
1 EGG
1/2 TSPN EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL SEASONING
1/2 CUP AVACADO OIL
Directions:
DICE PEPPER, MUSHROOMS, AND ONION AND SAUTEE IN A WOK O MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES WITH AVACADO OIL. ADD IN CAULIFLOWER RICE AND SEASONING. CRACK EGG IN AND STIR AROUND. LET SIMMER FOR 10-15 MINUTES.
