A few weeks ago I started to think about how much I did not like my current agenda organization and how I wanted to start looking for something new for next year. I kept double booking myself and then I would have to scramble to make things work which was terrible. I also just didn’t have some basic things I needed to feel fully good about my system. Shortly after this collaboration was born and it was a perfect fit for me!
Once I got the box in the mail I was beyond excited to check it out, put it together and make it my own. When you go on their website you can choose each component to your agenda, here is what I choose:
-Style: Daily. I like this option because one page is dedicated to one day so it doubles as a to-do list with a place to put today’s focus, immediate things to do, important and insignificant as well as a schedule list with hour by hour lines, notes and at the bottom a place to write down todays accomplishments as well as any notes! It keeps everything in one place for me and really helps to plan out my day. Being someone that works from home this works so well for me and keeps me focused at m daily tasks!
-Monthly Tabs. These are great to keep everything divided by month to stay super organized! They are also great to refer back to certain months when needed!
-Orchid Chevron Cover. There are 3 other cover options, this is just the one that I liked the best!
-Gold Discs. Anyone that knows me knows I am gold obsessed so these were perfect! The discs are what binds the whole agenda together and the paper clips into them.
-Project Planner 360 Inserts. This is so helpful especially in my line of work! At the top of the page you add the project name, the budget and then there is an area to brainstorm as well as a timeline area to work out the steps from the start date to the deadline. At the bottom there is a place to list out the tasks and the dates they are due to check them off (so satisfying!!), then the back page is where you can take all of your notes!
-Goal Setting Planner 360 Inserts. This page is amazing because it can before personal, home, work or other. You first start out writing down what you want to accomplish and why it is important. Then you make it specific, make it measurable, make it attainable, why is it rewarding, what is my timeline and how much time will you commit to your goal each week. Then there is a big space to write down your goal and on the back, there is an action roadmap. It is so nice to be able to break it all down and really get specific to work out all the details and get moving on your goals!
-Pen Loop & Page Marker.
-Triple Pocket Folder. I was so happy to see this as an option because I always have other papers I need along with my agenda. This way I can stick it right in and have everything together in one place!
Right after I placed my order I got an email with a video on how to set it up so I referred to that and had it put together how I wanted within 10 minutes! If you don’t get a component of the agenda and then you get it put together and realized you want it you can just purchase it on their site, you can also buy refills of pages so you never have to rebuy the whole thing! It was such a great surprise to see that I could start using it right away, unlike other agendas where you have to wait for the new calendar year! The planner pages are set up so you add in the date in the top corner and circle the day of the week, start your planner any time and use it for years!
With our home renovations coming up, my business growing, planning events with friends and family and everything else that is going on in life I am so happy to have this planner! I really like the size too, it fits in my purse easily and if it is too thick I take out some of the monthly dividers and extra pages to only have the months I currently need! I could go on and on about this agenda, seriously it is that good! CLICK HERE to check out their website and make your own!
Let me know if you have any questions about this planner! Clearly, I am obsessed so happy to chat with you about it! xo
